Privacy Notice

  • FaithClear collects information you explicitly provide: discovery location, faith preferences, onboarding acknowledgments, and optional saved communities on your device.
  • We process religious preference data only to compare communities you choose to explore. Where required by law (including UK GDPR Article 9), we obtain explicit consent before processing.
  • We do not sell personal data. We use service providers for hosting (Vercel), database (when configured), and optional billing (Stripe/Paystack for organization accounts only).
  • Retention: preferences are kept while your account/session is active or until you request deletion. Match receipts may be retained for audit integrity when stored server-side.
  • Your rights: access, export, correction, and deletion via Profile → Data rights or /data-rights. Discover, Match, and Compare are never paywalled.

  • FaithClear does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • US residents can use /data-rights for access, deletion, correction, and export requests, including requests aligned to applicable state privacy laws.
  • Entry-gate acknowledgments are versioned and may include hashed IP and user-agent metadata where available to preserve audit integrity for consent and policy acceptance.
  • FaithClear does not collect information from minors. Youth and children's ministry fields are informational only.
  • FaithClear is limited to adults 18+.

  • International transfers: data may be processed outside the UK (e.g. United States hosting). We apply appropriate safeguards and limit transfers to what is necessary.

  • Organization billing in the UK uses Stripe (GBP) for verified church accounts only; seeker discovery remains free.
